Three steps: from describing a role to a training system
Here is the logic: first we describe one role, then we film a course for it, and only when there are several roles do we assemble them into a system. Each step stands on its own: you can stop at any of them, and what was done stays with you.
Job Passport
€1.000 net, 10 business days. One role described in full: what it must deliver, the work cycle step by step, a day-by-day onboarding program. Your trainer works from the document without us. The amount is credited toward the course for the same role within 90 days.
Video job course
Step-by-step video lessons filmed on your site with your best employee, control questions for every module, rollout with the first new hire. All files and rights transfer to you. The price is named as one figure after the Passport.
