What is not in the Passport

The line is drawn on purpose: the Passport answers "what and in what order", the course answers "how".

Technique: the moves, the nuances, the typical mistakes. That is the content of the video course
Optimization: we record the work the way it is organized at your company today
Implementation: the document by itself will not make anyone work from it
An HR document under labor law: the employee does not sign it
The company's full org chart, tests or personality profiles
Logins and passwords: only the list of software and access levels

02 / TERMS

How it goes and on what terms

We talk to everyone who knows their part: you, the role's supervisor if there is one, and your best employee. Usually that is two or three conversations of an hour to ninety minutes, on a video call. You receive the finished document within ten business days of the first conversation.

You approve the document in writing. Until it is signed, it is our opinion about your role, not your company's standard. You have ten business days for comments after the walkthrough meeting.

If you order a video course for the same role within 90 days of acceptance, the €1.000 is deducted from its price in full. The Passport creates no obligation to order a course: you buy a finished product, and it stays with you either way.

Several roles are done one after another: the next starts after the previous one is accepted. The document is written in the language we agree on; translation into other languages is available on request and separately.
