VIDEO JOB COURSE · CORE PRODUCT

A company training school for one role

Not "we shot some video", but a place where your people get trained on your process, without you. We film your best employee on your site, build step-by-step lessons with control questions, and bring the first new hire through them to sign-off.

01 / USES

One course, three uses

Onboard a new hire.

The new hire takes the course on their own, answers the control questions and arrives at the trainer prepared. The trainer signs off practice instead of explaining from scratch.

Train the current team to one standard.

There is one benchmark: the way the best employee you chose does it. "But I was taught differently" stops being an argument.

Keep the knowledge when someone leaves.

The process stays in the company when your lead quits, gets sick or retires. The role can be copied to a branch, a second crew or a plant in another country.

02 / INCLUDED

What is always included

Appendices (checklists, reference sheets, a glossary of terms) and extra languages are ordered separately.

  • Video lessons for the role: step by step, by work module, three to eight minutes each, clear even with the sound off
  • Control questions for every module in two versions: for the trainee and for the trainer with answers
  • Course checklist: a table of contents with a link to every lesson and its questions
  • Handover and rollout: a joint review, access setup, a briefing for your trainer, the first employee through the course
  • Ownership of the materials: all files transfer to you, no subscription, no lock-in to our platform, no expiry date

03 / WHY

Why we do it this way

Look at how it works today: your best lead's know-how lives in their hands and their head. The only way they can pass it on is to have a new hire follow them around for weeks. As long as that is the case, every new person costs the company a second salary, and losing the lead means losing the process.

Many companies start filming themselves. The result is usually the same: a folder of clips nobody uses. Filming is not the hard part. The hard part is splitting the work into modules, putting a question under every step, and bringing the first person through to sign-off. That is why our lessons run three to eight minutes and make sense with the sound off: the picture carries the meaning, not the narration.

The course is accurate as of the filming date and captures the work as you do it today. If the process changes, you re-record a couple of lessons, not the whole course.

04 / THE FORMAL SIDE

Who does the training and who owns the materials

You conduct the training. We build the tool and bring the first person through it, but the clearance to work is given by your trainer, not by us. All course files and the rights to them transfer to you: no subscription, no lock-in to our platform, no expiry date. Future updates to the course and running your current staff through it, with the resistance that comes with that, are not part of the delivery.

05 / HONESTLY

Who this is not for

  • Simple labor with no sequence to memorize: a loader, a helper
  • Narrow trades with a short cycle, where a new hire reaches full productivity in three days
  • Hands-on crafts and work where being there in person decides everything: manual skill does not transfer through video
  • Companies where one person holds the role and no hiring is planned
  • Companies where only a contractor knows the work: we can only package what you control

06 / START

Where to start

You do not have to order a course right away. Start with the Job Passport: a full description of one role in ten business days, which shows the scope and price of the course.
